SGIS has teamed up with General Dynamics Network Systems to support the Intelligence Information, Command and Control Equipment and Enhancements (ICE2) program. The purpose of ICE2 is to maintain critical intelligence and command and control systems and networks for U.S. defense and intelligence operations worldwide. It is indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to support the US Air Force and other Federal Agencies worldwide. The ICE2 program provides the following IT services:
- Computer Repair
- Network Management & Administration
- Logistics Support
- Video System Support
- Software Configuration
- Remote Diagnostics Services
